1. Download the latest version of the Media Creation Tool.
2. Run the executable file that you just downloaded.
3. Agree to the terms of use that you are shown.
4. Then you will be asked if you want to Upgrade this PC now or Create installation media for another PC.
5. You need to select Upgrade this PC.

Once you have made the selection, you need to follow the wizard, the details of which have been explained below in detail.

Now, you will be asked if you want to Keep personal files and apps. Make sure you check those boxes.
