Microsoft has announced that Windows Phone Marketplace will be available in more markets that before. Currently available in 16 markets around the world, the storefront would be present in 35 countries as soon as Mango arrives.
The Marketplace will be made available in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, India, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Sweden and Taiwan, right after the Mango Update, which is expected to arrive in Sept 2011.
Currently the marketplace is available in 16 countries, but with this, it will be available in 35 countries.
Presently to access the marketplace, Windows Phone users can use the Zune software and our WP7 Marketplace Enabler. This app will let you install apps on your Windows Phone.
