Taskbar UserTile is a small freeware which allows you to add your User picture tile in the Windows 7 taskbar.

The tool is pretty simple to use. Simply click on the downloaded app and your user pic will get displayed in notification area between the clock and the Show desktop button.
From this button you can change your settings, customize your look, log off, lock PC or switch user. To exit, simply right click and click Close.
